Everton Park

The current status of the works on site, as at the date of our inspection 31 July 2014, can briefly described as follows:

* All 33 townhouse structures are complete including cladding, glazing and roofing.

* Tiling and plastering complete.

* Joinery installation complete. Appliance fitoff underway.

* Painting complete to 23 townhouses.

* Electrical fit off complete to 20 townhouses.

* Plumbing fitoff complete to 21 townhouses.

* Mechanical fit off complete to 26 townhouses.

* Patio and paths poured.

* Driveway works underway.
