Everton Park – 4 March 2014

The current status of the works is briefly described as follows:

* 17 Townhouse concrete slabs poured.

* Framing underway to 5 Townhouses.

* Underslab plumbing completed to 33 Townhouse sites.

* Civil stormwater and sewer works run through site. Risers installed to all townhouse sites for roof stormwater.

* Detailed excavation completed, backfilling around rear of slab sites completed.

* Main Switchboard in place
