Meet the founder
Warren Swanston
With over 15 year’s experience in Property Development, Warren Swanston started Visie Properties in 2006. Visie Properties was established to redefine the possibilities in Property Development and influence a new movement where art meets built form. His success is powered by his passion for development and the desire to create and be part of a movement that defines a period of architecture.
As well as Warren’s love for property development, he also loves giving back to the community and those less fortunate.
Impact is an integral part of the corporate culture that is fundamental to Visie Properties and Warren believes a hands-on approach is best. Actively involved in fundraisers and a board member of the Mental Awareness Foundation, he has helped raise funds and awareness for mental health issues with the aim to reduce rates of suicide through empowerment. Warren also represented Visie at the Dancing CEO’s charity event that help raise $220,000 for families directly affected by domestic violence.
Visie’s latest legacy initiative, Visie World Homes, involves building homes for those less fortunate in different parts around the world. For every completed project we will build a home for someone less fortunate that goes towards the overall development of communities affected by poverty.
