Everton Park on 2 July 2014

The current status of the works on site, as at the date of our inspection 02 July 2014, can briefly described as follows:

* All 33 townhouse structures are complete including cladding, glazing and roofing.

* Scaffold drop underway.

* Plastering complete.

* External rendering almost complete.

* Electrical, plumbing and mechanical fit off is underway.

* Roller door installation underway.

* Tiling well underway,

* Internal painting well underway.

* Joinery installation underway including bench tops and vanities.
