Everton Park – 03 June 2014

The current status of the works on site, as at the date of our inspection 03 June 2014, can briefly described as follows:

* All 33 Townhouse with frame, trusses and roofing complete.

* Glazing complete to 29 Townhouses.

* Rough in of electrical, mechanical and plumbing complete to all Townhouses.

* External cladding complete to 14 Townhouses, underway to a further 7 Townhouses.

* Plastering complete to 16 Townhouses, underway to a further 9 Townhouses.

* Joinery including kitchens and vanities installed to 8 Townhouses.

* External painting well underway, internal painting has commenced.
