The status of works on site as of the 25th of September:
- Blockwork retaining walls were complete except to the front of the site and a minor section at the rear
- The overland flow suspended slab was complete and the remainder of the driveway is being poured
- Framing was complete and plasterboard sheeting was complete to 5 of 6 units upstairs and 4 of 6 units downstairs
- Stairs installed to all units
- Roof is nearing completion with installation of soffits and down pipes remaining
- The external cladding was complete with only minor single boards remaining for installation
- Glazing has well advanced with only some front doors and sliding doors remaining to be installed.
- Electrical rough in’s completed throughout
- Mechanical Head units installed and ducting complete with only the condenser units remaining
- Render to the blockwork walls mostly complete and privacy fencing posts installed
