The status of the works on site, as at the date of our site inspection on 27th November 2017, can be briefly described as follows:

• Site had been partly established with safety fencing and portable toilet on site, no offices, amenities established
• Shake down crossover established.
• Bulk excavation works have begun on site.
• The lot had been surveyed.
• The topsoil had been stockpiled.
