Heritage Makeover | Woolloongabba

This Heritage Makeover is located at 16 Heaslop Street, Woolloongabba. Starting with a house built in the early 1800′s, with a single floor of living, and inefficient spaces, we completely redesigned the interior functional flow of the house extending at the rear and building underneath adding 2 much needed car spaces, and storage area which can be later made into living space. French doors were added to the front of the house to allow complete flow through from front to back, through the open plan living, dining, kitchen and flowing out onto the huge rear balcony. The 14ft ceilings create a great feeling of space, and all rooms receive some sort of outlook with city views to the rear. Rustic timber polished floors with purposeful imperfections contrast completely with the modern finished kitchen and make these fixtures float above the floor.

We called this property home for 3yrs, and have since moved on, but we keep in touch with the new owners who absolutely adore living there.
